You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team via phone or email.
If you cancel an order before it is shipped, we will refund the full amount paid by you, including the shipping charges. If you request a refund for a defective or damaged product, we will also refund the shipping charges. However, if you request a refund for a product that is not as described on our website, we will not refund the shipping charges.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive the returned product, we will initiate the refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.
